This is an excellent pan that does exactly what it is supposed to do and under 4 bucks - what a deal!

Mine arrived damaged but was replaced within 3 days at no cost to me through Amazon's incredible customer service. I filed a complaint and they mailed the replacements immediately. Meanwhile, I printed out a mailing label and sent it back to Amazon at my leisure and at no cost to me. Easy as pie!

These nine inch springform pans are attractive, well designed and work great. They are also rather insubstantial and you cannot put them in the dishwasher. They are easily scratched and will probably not hold up to much abuse. Given the reasonable price and the excellent results I have had with them, I have to give them that last star but they are not for everybody.
