Worked great, pan has a nice feel to it and the quality it good.

We were in the service and one of the duty staions was germany. My mom would make this cake for us as a treat or for someones birthday. Time has flown by and mom has since past and I wanted to make this for my hubby's birthday this year 2008. I had the recipe but not the pan so on the web I went in search of the Flan Pan and here it was at Amazon so I ordered it and made my hubby's cake with-out a problem. It came out like mom used to make and for that I am grateful. Love the pan and will make many more cakes with it.
