I initially bought this for making cookies, but also used it for serving our pizza. We cut the pizza using the pizza cutter and was surprised that it didn't hurt the surface at all. I would highly recommend.

This is a great cookie sheet. I took it right from the Amazon box and to the oven--after removing the label and washing it, of course. It fits the Silpat/Exopat Silicon sheets perfectly with room to spare--no more silicon hanging off the edges of the cookie sheet. The cookies cooked perfectly on it.
