Designed to produce six little fluted pasty shells or cakes at once, this pan is made of steel for gentle, uniform heat distribution and coated inside and out with nonstick so it quickly releases baked goods and cleans up easily. Because it's black, the pan absorbs heat for better browning and quicker baking. The forms measure 3-1/2 inches in diameter and 3/4 of an inch deep. Overall, the pan is 15 inches long and 10-1/4 inches wide. Though the pan is dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the nonstick coating's life. --Fred Brack
