The patented "X" design imprinted on the bottom of ExtraordinAire cookie sheets and jellyroll pans eliminates warping. Kaiser applies two layers of nonstick coating to the interior and exterior of ExtraordinAire products, so foods remove easily for beautiful presentation and easy cleanup.

Use and care
Apply a thin layer of butter to ExtraordinAire before each use to facilitate the release of baked goods. There is no need to dust the pan with flour. Do not use metal utensils or cut in the pans, as it will damage the nonstick coating.
Wash with hot, soapy water and a soft dishcloth. ExtraordinAire is dishwasher-safe. The nonstick coating makes cleanup so easy that hand washing is recommended. However, do not submerge in water--the layers may trap water otherwise.

when I ordered these pans at the time I did not notice that one of the pans is much smaller than I thought. I was disapointed at first.But Im so glad I got it now..because I use it for bakingsmall amounts appetizers and Still have enough room in my oven for another dish of something else to go along with it.

Bought last year. First time I used them the chicken I baked stained it and now it has a big mark on it. These are not worth the money; the cookie sheets I bought at wal-mart are equally as good and cheaper to boot.
