5.0 out of 5 stars tryin to cook
I used the pan to make a couple of pumpkin rolls and what an absolute pleasure. I did use parchment paper, but even where the edges of the batter touched the pan, there was no sticking. the cake baked very evenly...no toasted ends to cut off. love it.

2.0 out of 5 stars NOT non-stick, but otherwise a good pan
I bought this pan because it was non-stick, plus it had the air cushion between the layer of steel. I bake my usual brownies and cookies and they all stuck to the pan. It stuck more than my glass pyrex casserole pans. It was not easy to get it off, I had to scrape it off and it took time and a bit of muscle. Definitely not non-stick. The air cusion works from...

The air cusion works from preventing the bottom of the cookies from overbrowning, which is not exactly a great idea since the top of the cookie become significantly more brown than the bottom of the cookie, which sometimes is moist and not quite holding the cookie together.

On the up side, this pan doesn't warp if you are baking at 350 degrees of below.

I am returning this item, I wanted non-stick and this definitel was not.

1.0 out of 5 stars Warped during first use, October 24, 2005
This review is from: Kaiser Bakeware Jelly Roll Pan Extraordinaire (Kitchen)
I would not buy this pan again. It came out of the box scrached and it warped during the first use. I never had any problems with other Kaiser pans before but this one isn't worth the money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Words great!, January 30, 2008
This review is from: Kaiser Bakeware Jelly Roll Pan Extraordinaire (Kitchen)
It is important to use this pan according to directions to prevent sticking.
It is not like your old-fashioned cookie sheets.
Brush lightly with oil prior to baking NO flour so be sure your cookies don't have loose flour on them.

My cookies , meringues never burn on this pan.
It has a 3 year warranty against warping so the person who said theirs was warped should contact Kaiser.Kaiser Jelly Roll Pan Baking Sheet Extraordinaire
