This is a nice pan. The cake comes out nicely every time, the heart shape is clear, and slicing the cake along the flutes yields a good number of portions. My only complaint, and maybe this is just me, is that the pan is somewhat narrow so I have some difficulty pouring in the batter without spilling. On the whole, though, it's a really good product.

Pan does what you expect ... Makes a heart shaped bundt cake. I wish it was not aluminum

For 28 bucks, you expect to get a nice pan. That's exactly what I got. Heats evenly to perfection, even though the pan has various formations. Used it non-stop over Valentines day for my wifes small cake shop. Everyone loved the design.
