5.0 out of 5 stars the only NON-stick, June 18, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
After trying various non-stick and cast iron pans for baking whole grain sourdough rye bread (that dough indeed qualifies for sticky), this one wins hands down. I was fed up with the results and although the price seemed a bit steep, I finally went for what I should have gone much earlier.
The bread just falls out of the pan - nothing, and I mean nothing, sticks to it. Over and over again. All other pans required the use of a spatula to "cut" the baked loaf out of it, even the so called non-stick ones.
I have not tried it for anything else but bread, though.

5.0 out of 5 stars Kaiser LaForme Plus is a good line of bakeware, but overpriced?, September 24, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Kaiser Bakeware LaForme Plus 10-Inch Loaf Pan (Kitchen)
This pan compares to the non stick bakeware found in grocery stores called "Baker's Secret" but it is a heavier, better quality pan and costs about 4 times as much! Kaiser boasts a finish called "Kairamic enamel" that has a 10 year guarantee, but this pan (at nearly forty dollars) is quite an investment! I thought the product dimensions of 5.1 wide 3.5 deep and 10.6 inches long would make this pan ideal for a small lasagne, but the true dimensions make this impossible. (Muellers lasagne noodles, for example, measure 10 inches long by 2 1/4 inches wide - perfect for 2 noodles wide in a 10 X 5 inch DEEP pan.) This Kaiser loaf pan is actually 10 1/4 inches long and 4 3/4 inches wide at the TOP, but only 9 inches long and 3 1/2 inches wide at the bottom, making a sort of conical shaped "loaf." Also, "Original Kaiser" and "made in Germany" is embossed in the bottom of the pan, which is clearly legible in, for instance, a molded dish like jello salad. These considerations aside, the high quality of this pan makes it a worthy choice for any kitchen that can pay the price.
For everyday baking, see: Kaiser Bakeware Homebake 10-Inch Non-Stick Loaf Pan.
