Because it's black, the pan absorbs heat for better browning and quicker baking. It's perfect for making crusty loaves of cornbread or banana bread, almond cakes, and even rectangular muffins and sticky buns. The loaf forms measure 4-1/4 inches long, 2-1/2 inches wide, and 1-3/4 inches deep. Overall, the pan is 15 inches long and 10-1/4 inches wide. Though the pan is dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the nonstick coating's life. --Fred Brack

Great size loaves! This pan offers you the ability to make great mini loaves in one pan. Instead of trying to handle many individual loaf pans in your oven, use one simple, easy to use pan! These loaves make great gifts!!

This pan is great. I didn't have to grease the pan at all. The non-stick coating is excellent. The mini loaves come out perfectly. This pan can be used for baking: cake mixes, bread mixes, anything at all. It's a must have for people who love to bake.
