When I found a recipe for mini-pumpkin cheesecakes, I knew I had to buy some mini-springform pans. The nonstick feature on this set makes them perfect for any recipe. When you receive them, you will think they are the most adorable kitchen item you have ever seen.

The pans are easy to close and release as they have a nice large clamp on the sides. This makes them perfect for mini cheesecakes. Molten chocolate cakes also sound delicious. For a party, you might want to order more than one box. These pans fit nicely on a baking sheet and you could bake six to a sheet. You could adapt your recipe so you fill these less and then they would make 1 elegant serving per guest for a party.

I was surprised not to find recipes included with the pans, but there are plenty of recipes you could adapt. Just keep the temperature the same and decrease the time. The recipe I have was in the Sunset magazine and called for 10 "tart" pans (4 1/2 inch wide with removable rims). The cheesecakes bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes so that might give you an idea of how you can adapt your own recipe.

Purchased this set to make mini cakes for school events.

These pans have worked out wonderfully. No issues and I use them regularly since purchasing them 2 1/2 years ago through Amazon. Makes wonderful mini cheesecakes.

I have made several types of cakes with these pans other than cheesecake and given them as holiday gifts.

I butter and flour the pans before use and the cakes slide off easily. This is a tip I learned from Nick Malgieri.

I love these pans I use them for cheesecakes and they come out perfect!I plan on purchasing another set.

Great size and they make a 10oz. cheesecake. Easy release tabs, but you should flash freeze your cakes after time in the fridge. They'll release easy when frozen.

HOWEVER, there is a 1" strip of non-stick coating all around the entire inside length of the pan. I am now at 40 of 42 pans that the coating has COMPLETELY stripped off. Do you know what a cheesecake with non-stick coating pieces on the sides tastes like? Like a health emergency.

If you will use these from 2 - 6 times a year, they will ROCK for you. If you use them a few times a month, like I did, you'll get 6 months out of them, tops.

With just my husband here most of the time, it's just the two of us and I thought these small pans would be great for small desserts for the two of us. At Christmas when we were planning on guests, I made Cheesecake and used all four (and wished I'd had another set) so that everyone could have whatever topping they wanted.
I just made four more small cakes and put three into the freezer and left one out for us for later.
These pans are great. They release easily, just follow the directions. I did cut small rounds of parchment to put into the bottom of my pans for the cheesecake. Use caution if you try to serve on the bottom of the pan. Using metal utensils can scratch the non stick surface on these pans.
I would definately recommend Kaiser Bakeware to my friends.

Please BEWARE!! The ad shows a picture of 4 pans and even in the discription it clearly states PANS!! However its actually for 1 (ONE) pan and it costs you $28!! A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

I used these to make mini party cakes. They were a hit at my last celebration!!
