4.0 out of 5 stars Cute for Kids!
This specialty teddy bear pan is super cute and great for kids, but there are a few things to look out for:

1. Although the pan is described as non-stick, it is safer to still grease the pan.

2. As with many specialty shaped cake pans, you need to pay close attention to the cakes while baking. Certain edges, such as the bears ears, will bake more quickly than the...

2.0 out of 5 stars A few problems with this one
This is a great looking muffin pan, but it didn't fulfill its nonstick promise in my experience. The muffins I baked stuck to the pan so that the bear details were unrecognizable once I pried the muffins out of the pan.

There's a recipe for mini-bear cakes included in the package, but the recipe is stated in metric measures which don't translate very neatly to US...

4.0 out of 5 stars Cute for Kids!, November 30, 2000
This review is from: Kaiser Bakeware Noblesse 6-Cavity Nonstick Mini-Bear Muffin Pan (Kitchen)
This specialty teddy bear pan is super cute and great for kids, but there are a few things to look out for:

1. Although the pan is described as non-stick, it is safer to still grease the pan.

2. As with many specialty shaped cake pans, you need to pay close attention to the cakes while baking. Certain edges, such as the bears ears, will bake more quickly than the rest of the shape. Caution is needed or your bears might end up with burnt ears.

3. It might be a good idea to buy 2 of these pans. Most standard cake recipes will make more batter than 1 of these pans can hold.

It takes a bit of effort, but the results from this pan can be good.

This pan is so easy to use! It can make normal cakes into cute bears with no extra effort. The cake releases easily and gives great detail on the bear!
