That means it readily releases bundt cakes and cleans up easily. Because the exterior is black, the pan absorbs heat for quicker baking. The pan measures 6-1/2 inches in diameter and 3-1/2 inches deep. It's warp-resistant and carries a three-year warranty against defects. I love this pan. I will buy another one or two. I use this pan for little gifts.(a cake mix fills a little more than 2 of these pans.) They fit in small tins and are aperfect little gift I want to have 6 and bake them at one time. love!love!

I was having a hard time finding nice, small, sizable bundtforms w/out having to go with a casserole/suffle dish. This worked out VERY nice when I made my very first Lava cake. The cake was well cooked on the outside and nice and runny on the inside (as per the recipe). I was really surprised because I thought I would wind up overcooking the cake with the use of the dark bundtform pan. It worked out awesomely!
