The internal dimension on this pan is 7 1/2 inches, not 8. Just in case it matters (it did to me, but I'm using it anyway because I kept it too long to return it).

This is the perfect size springform pan for smaller cheesecakes and dinner menus. Heavier weight for better heat distribution.
