Kaiser Bakeware Noblesse Easy Bake and Serve Glass Bottom Springform and Carrying Case

I love the Kaiser bakeware line -- great quality, easy to use, very dependable. I paid just a few dollars more to buy this springform with the carrying case (or, as I use it, as a storage case for my cheesecakes in the fridge). It's very handy and guests are always curious when I pull the cheesecake out and take off the top. Nice presentation for an informal dinner! I was a little worried about the glass bottom in this springform, but it's very sturdy and so far has held up great. It's also easy to slide the cheesecake from the pan. All in all, this is a good purchase and looks to me like it will last for a long time!

This is a wonderful idea but it still could be improved. The ledge where the glass bottom sits on the carrying case should be larger and have either a tighter fit or have a non-skid ledge just like the bottom part of the carrying case. If you're not extremely careful while carrying it with your best cheesecake inside, it will flip out and slide from side to side. Other than that, it's a great way to refrigerate or transport a cake and they really knew what they were doing when they designed the lid for locking the lid to the bottom. It's very secure once locked correctly.

The only problem I have is that I had a minor crack in my cheesecake with this pan and this has not happened with my other metal Kaiser form pan. It may be that the glass bottom allows it to bake a little faster. Otherwise I like the glass bottom for serving and the case for storing and transporting my cheesecake.

When I bought this one , I was afraid of leaking. Because many reviews said that not only this one but also many glass bottom springforms have the problem of leaking. So when I got this one, I opened package carefully ( I have to use original package for replacing ) ,poured water and checked their bottom as soon as possible... Unfortunately it was leaking so much. So I ask Amazon to replace. They send me new one very fast !! Because of some trouble they send not new one but new two. So I tried three springforms. Two were leaking and one was so so... I considered I bought or not . At last I decided to buy one.

Now I'm completely satisfied with this springform with case. It needs no wrap in refrigerator. It is delightful to bring my cakes in it. It can serve easily. You can use steel Knife to cut without caring of scratching.

I sent this back as soon as I saw that the pan is not the same size as the Kaiser Springform without a carrying case. It is too shallow to handle most recipes for a 10-inch pan.

this may be the best baking pan I have ever used. Bake your quiche & serve your quiche in the same pan. Really shows off those golden chrusty sides. The carrier is just perfect. It's worth the money. The only downside is the marketing material which is written in German.

This is the best tin I have ever used for cheesecakes. As I was so impressed with other Kaiser cake tins I have purchased, I bought this one to try. Totally even cooking, perfect cheesecake "wobble", perfect results and it cooked 30% quicker than stated recipe just like my other Kaiser cake tins. The glass bottom not only allows you to see how even and full your crumb coverage is, but the slice comes out with all the crumb base. I love the storage container as it helps keep the cheesecake fresher longer in the fridge and it locks securely into place for easy transportation and storage. The only improvement would be to make it leak proof...but it does such a brilliant job cooking the cheesecake that I will still use this over a leak proof tin (even one that gives good results as the cheesecake is easier to get out of this)...I'll just put a catching tray on a shelf below the cheesecake to catch any drips. The set is also easy clean. The cheesecake also looks great displayed in this.

I love the fact that I can bake in it, store in it and carry it down the street for a potluck dinner. I bought another one for a friend who likes to bake as much as myself. She loves it!!
