This is a superb product, and the only springform that I have ever bought that lasted this long. I bake a lot, and I have had this for more than five years now - never leaked or deformed. This is a heavy-duty product and the cake carrier is extremely useful as well. A minor complaint is the fact that the plastic dome of the cake carrier does eventually crack, especially if not cleaned very carefully. It would be great if that were available as a replacement accessory. The spring mechanism to put the carrier in place is great and fool-proof and has never let me down in years!

Having used German spring forms for more than half a century I would not hesitate to purchase this model. The buckle on mine has never given trouble provided it is cleansed after each baking. The fit of the spring side to the bottom on this stainless steel model should be far more reliable than on my unit which is made of aluminum which is apt to be deformed allowing minor leaks of batter. I would recommend that a plastic insert be included with this product so that the stainless steel base can be protected from being scored when the cake or tart is cut prior to serving. The plastic would be placed between the base and the baked product after it has cooled. Another enhancement that the manufacturer could add would be a cone that could be attached to the base so as to convert the form of the cake from cylindrical to BUNDT form.

The quality, even for Kaiser, which is usually excellent, is superior. The only drawbacks to this springform is that it takes up a lot of cupboard space and the handle is a bit tricky to put on without scratching the dome.

Unfortunately I have two youngsters who put the dishes away and tend to drop pans. All of our springform pans have been bent and leaky with their less than tender handling! I bought this for my husband and am enjoying many cheesecakes since...It is lovely, and the cake doesn't stick to the pan!

The quality of the spring-form pan itself makes it worth the price! But when I make a beautiful cheesecake or dessert, to be able to transport it with no fear of ruining and to be able to store it with no refrigerator smells makes it a must have!

I'm very pleased with Kaiser Springform Bakeware. I would have like to see the cover in glass. The plastic top is so thin that I would think because of the quality of Kaiser Bakeware it could be better.

This springform pan is a good quality, multifunctional pan. I agree with other reviewers that the dome is fragile. So far, my dome is in good condition after nearly one year. I always hand wash the dome and pan. The handle is very tight and secure and the pan never leaks. I am an avid baker and primarily use this pan for cheesecakes which come out perfect every time!

The nine inch Kaiser springform pan was first recommended to me over ten years ago by a Marshall Field's chef during a cheesecake demonstration. I have been using Kaiser pans ever since. I am so happy with the Kaiser quality that I have purchased several other products including loaf pans, cake pans and springform pans. I highly recommend this springform pan.

This is the perfect springform cake pan. I have used it numerous times already and have transported it to pot lucks with no damage to the cheesecakes. My only HUGE complaint is that when UPS showed up at my door to deliver it, they wouldn't give it to me until I paid an additional $89.00 for bringing it across the border into Canada. Had I known that this would happen I would have had it shipped to my sister-in-law's in Washington. This is not the first time that I haved been hit by UPS - but it's the last. I will never purchase another thing where UPS is the shipper, nor will I ever send a thing via UPS.

This springform pan has a beautiful non-stick surface and is quite study, yet the clear dome is easily cracked. Mine arrived cracked, then it cracked even further when I pushed down on the lid, as instructed, to attach the handle. Amazon was happy to replace it, so I'm being very careful with the replacement.
