I bake lots of cakes, in lots of sizes. I had small flimsy cooling racks. I had stackable cooling racks with folding legs. I had large rectangular substantial cooling racks. None worked well with round cake layers.
These are PERFECT. They are very sturdy, easy to handle, and do not rock, wobble or warp. I bought three, and am on Amazon to buy more. They are of excellent quality and value.

I actually purchased this to use not as a cooling rack, but as a rack in my canner. It works PERFECTLY! And, the best part is, is that I can do two layers in my canner now! The rack fits the interior dimensions of the canner absolutely perfectly and provides tons of room for jars, and then concentric rings provide a sturdy base and prevent jars from tipping over.
The racks are extremely well made, and are very sturdy. I would definitely recommend them as a cooling rack as well. The concentric rings make sure that nothing gets awkwardly stuck in between the bars.

Good, heavy-duty product.,

These are nice, heavy-duty cooling racks...not flimsy or wobbly...and they are easy to handle when flipping cake layers. The only thing is that the spacing between the grids is a bit wider than I would like. The cake tends to sink a bit between the grids. When I flipped the cake layer, I just poked a bit between the grids before lifting the rack off the cooled cake layer and it worked fine.
