Kaiser Cookie Press, December 19, 2003
This review is from: Kaiser Bakeware Patisserie Decorating and Cookie Press (Kitchen)
This cookie press is very easy to use. It screws together with little effort. Also comes apart easily. It is very easy to clean with its smooth plastic surface. Depending on which side of the cookie disk you place up determines whether the cookies are fat or skinny. It works great and is easy to clean making it a snap to make multiple batches of cookies one after the other. The pistol handle makes using it easy.

Don't buy this product, November 12, 2003

This is a horrible product the tube will not screw off like it is suppose to and it cannot be cleaned. I had to soak it for 3 days before I could finally get the thing apart to clean it. I've tried keeping it loosely fitted and that doesn't even work it just will not come off. Do yourself a favor and buy one of the other brands.

A great cookie press, October 27, 2011
This review is from: Kaiser Bakeware Patisserie Decorating and Cookie Press (Kitchen)
I own 5 different types of cookie press and found this to be the best. The older tall and thin type does not work properly. This is easy to use and the cookies turn our perfectly shaped each time. Only the first cookie has to be discarded back into the bowl for re-use. As with all cookie presses, the secret is in the texture and consistency of the dough. I find Stork margarine [in a tub]works best with any cookie press, as butter tends to get hard and sometimes gets really oily. Do not over-handle the dough. Leave it cool, soft and fresh. Dont over-beat or over-knead the dough. Make sure yours hands are cold before you handle the dough. It is inexpensive and I love it so much i have bought another one, just in case the other gets broken.
