I used this for the first time to ice a layer cake and it worked great; sleek and left the icing even without any marks. Immediately when i took this out of the package, I was impressed with the quality. The stainless steel is sturdy, the handle is well-designed. I did use this to lift a layer onto the other, and it worked so well! The width of the spatula allows one to take a COOLED layer and with ease, place it in one swift movement to where it is supposed to go. I am so glad I have this in my 'gadgetry' collection.

great for cupcakes or any cake. Easy to use and does a better job than my butter knife which I used to use.

This icing spatula is very long and what a bargain from Amazon. The stainless steel part of this product is good quality. Kaiser bakeware brand is very good quality.

This spatula makes frosting simple to complex cakes very easy. Works well with many different icings.

Icing spatulas are pretty straightforward. Either they do the job or they don't. This one does the job. It could be weighted a bit more evenly between the spatula portion and handle and yah, it would be nice if the handle was solid metal, but honestly it handled just fine for icing my cake. Good feel to the handle and good size and length for the spatula.

There are spatulas that are nicer and more expensive, but this is a great all-purpose introductory icing spatula.

Very helpful to spread mixtures on Teflex sheets to make raw crackers and works great for putting frosting on tortes as well.

Received item with rust all over it and a chip out of one corner. Bought it as a gift, will have to find something else now.
