Kaiser Bakeware Noblesse Rectangular 9-by-13-Inch Non-stick Springform Pan

Kaiser makes wonderful, quality bakeware BUT the 9/17/04 reviewer noted this pan was $50 at Williams-Sonoma. Not so. The one WS carries is from Kaiser's top-of-the-line series, La Forme. Amazon carries the same one for $49.99. This pan is from the Noblesse collection - which, I'm sure, is quite good but not the same quality as the La Forme line.

This was a great experience. The product was just as described. I would purchase from them again.

Nice pan. Works great for brownies, which are my speciality. :) However, was a bit disappointed in quality of pan itself. I was replacing a pan that I had dropped and bent the sides of, which was evidently a better "grade" metal than what this product offers. It does seem to get the job done though, and that IS all that matters I suppose. Just be careful not to drop it like I did with the first one, it CRUNCHES the metal and I could not find replacement parts for just the springform part.

I bake to feed 200-300 people at a monthly event. I simply remove the rim, and the pan bottom is its own serving tray. The pan is not appropriate for thin batters.

I bought this pan as I had a recipe for cheesecake that was best cut in squares. It is a delicate cake so could not cut an scoop out of a pan with sides. Now I realize that even brownies or other firmer items are more easily served without sides.

I used this to make cheesecake and it came out great. I increased my ingredients by 25% from my standard 9" round, but it wasn't as thick as I would like, so the next time I use it I'll increase by 50% and see how that goes. It's a great pan if you want to bake something as a 9x13 dessert but want to get it out of the pan easily!

Just perfect. Couldn't find it anywhere else. Exactly what I've been looking for and what a great price. Works beautifully. No regrets...

Hey.... if your a William Sonoma shopper like I am.. you'll notice this pan and the others they carry from Kaiser are way more expensive than here on Amazon. They are the SAME pans!
This one was 50 bucks in W.S..... so jump on this and grab the others for holiday cooking now!
This pan worked great for baking cinnamon rolls and pecan sticky buns too. The cleanup was simple.. and the pans look just as great as when they came out of the box. No problems with the springform clasps at all.
I went back and bought all of Kaiser springform I could find on Amazon and now I'm really looking forward to holiday cooking.. I have the right tool for each job now!

I just love this pan. Good quality pan. In fact I love all the springform pans. Didn't realize how great these pans were until I had to get on a Gluten Free diet. All of the recipes call for the use of these types of pans. I'm sold. My never go back to traditional ones. Why? The foods so easy to get out of the pan.
