This pan works great. I have made many tarts and have even used it as a pie pan because everything has turned out perfectly in it.

Turns out a delicious, tender-crisp crust. I am *not* a frequent baker, and can't maked a decent rolled crust. If you use a crust recipe that involves pressing the crust into the pan, anyone can use this tart pan to make an impressive dessert. (Great tip: use a coffe mug to help gently and easily press the crust into the fluted sides of the pan.) Lovely with a graham craker crust, too.
Oh... in case you don't know, you will not get a great crust with a non-stick pan. And these are easy to clean up, in part because of the removable bottom. Would buy again in a heart-beat.

I really like this quiche pan. Baked evenly. Washed beautiful. Dried without spots.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical when ordering this item because the image of it makes it look like it reflects the price. When it arrived, I was surprised at how strong the metal is. Didn't bend as easily as I had thought, and seems like a great product. Shipping was fairly fast. Got this for my wife as a Christmas gift since she loves cooking. She got to see it early, and was pleasantly surprised!

This is the best maker of tart pans. If you like to make tarts and want them to come out perfect, as opposed to bad tarts that look pretty in their pan, then this is what you use.

This tart pan is quite flimsy. I've only used it twice and the edges of the pan already look worn and slightly bent. I suggest going for a sturdier pan.

after checking out every local store i still couldn't find a nice removable-bottom pan i liked.

after reading all the positive reviews here at amazon i gave the 11" model a try.

no regrets. perfect. works great, well made. perfect size for general items. just what i was looking for.

only thing to note is the sharpness of the metal edges. i'm just careful when handling/washing it and haven't had any problems.

Pan does a great job. For my purposes I just wish I had bought a smaller one.

This quiche pan is not very good and I would not recommend it to anyone. The metal is way too soft as I bent the rim while washing it.

I bought this specifically to bake tarts after watching way too much "Barefoot Contessa" on the food network! It is wonderful. I've been staying away from non-stick coatings for awhile now and am happy to report that this cleans up just as easy as a non-stick would. I would recommend this to anyone.
