I'd wanted a springform pan for some time but all I could find were the expensive professional ones. When I saw this one the price was just right. When I recieved the pan I almost immediately made a cheesecake in it. I discovered that it heated the product evenly and didn't burn. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to expand their baking skills without expensive equipment.

This was to be the first cheese cake I ever baked. I did not know which pan to buy. After reading the reviews for this one I decided this was the pan for me. It is sturdy enough. It did not leak as I have heard some pans do. My cheesecake came out of the oven perfect the first time I used this pan. It still looks like new after many uses.

I made my very first no bake cheesecake with this wonderful 10 x 2 Kaiser Springform pan. I sprayed the sides and used parchment paper on the bottom. I was worried that my cake would stick; well it did not stick at all. The cheesecake popped out with ease and it was beautiful and delicious. This pan turns out a very nice size cheesecake for entertaining. I have since bought more springform pans sizes the 8x 2, 9 ¼ x 2, 10 x 2 by Kaiser Bakeware and a BIG 12 x 3 from another company and I am looking forward to making many Cheesecakes, Cakes, Soufflé Cakes, Quiches, Tortes, Ice Cream Cakes and Tarts.
