Great Bread Pans
These pans are the great old fashioned kind. No non-stick surface to scratch, chip or flake off. Nothing fancy, perfect for us seasoned cooks. Makes a perfect loaf, perfect size. This is the pan for you if you want to buy it once and keep it forever.

This isn't tin
I love my Kaiser 10" tinned steel pan and was hoping to get this size in tinned steel. Unfortunately, though it's advertised as tinned steel, it's aluminum (light weight), hence the 1-star. If Amazon ever gets this size in tinned steel, I'll be the first in line.

These pans are made of thin tin - I don't expect them to hold up over the years. I would spend a little more money for a more durable pan.
