Designed to produce six little fluted, bundt-shaped cakes at once, this pan is made of steel for gentle, uniform heat distribution and coated inside and out with nonstick so it quickly releases the cakes and cleans up easily. Because it's black, the pan absorbs heat for better browning and quicker baking. The bundt forms measure 4 inches in diameter and 2-1/4 inches deep. Overall, the pan is 15 inches long and 10-1/4 inches wide. Though the pan is dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the nonstick coating's life. I use this sheet for so many things. In the past, I have made blueberry mufins in it for a baby shower brunch and mini-bundt cakes for my neighbors as a gift (perfect size). Great pan with so many uses!

I've wanted these mini bundt pans for years. I've been pleased with them so far. I baked the basic recipe that came with the pans. I used non-stick spray before baking and the cakes tumbled beautifully right out of the pan after 10 minutes of cooling. These little cakes are great to give away to teachers, coworkers, friends, etc. or to put in packed lunches. They make elegant looking little desserts without much effort. I give these mini bundt pans a big thumbs up!!

My boys love making little baby cakes in this pan. The pan releases the cakes beautifully! I am very pleased with this pan!
