Kaiser La Forme Bake and Broil Pan
I really like this pan. It cooks well and nothing seems to stick to it. I just use a little spray before cooking and it works great. I would recommend this pan to anyone looking for a good baking pan. Just remember that there are 2 grooves in the bottom so if you intend to use it as a baking pan, for cakes, etc. the indentation will show, but...

Smaller than anticipated
The Bake and Broil Pan had impressive dimensions 11 x 2 x 15.5 (useful when determining if it will fit in the oven). However the usable pan dimensions are 9.75 x 2 x 12.5 (not impressive when replacing a large lasagna type pan). Note that this pan is fairly heavy and feels durable. The pan has two corrugations on the bottom and they will create a ridge in a cake if...

The non stick coating peeled off in sheets, I had to throw it away! I did not want my family to eat the coating.
