Just use melted butter to grease the pan and the cakes come out beautifully! Heavier than other flan pans on the market. Love it!

I previously owed a larger version of this pan. I make a chocolate cake. Bake it is this pan. Once cooled. Fill the cavity with chocolate mousse and top with whipped cream. My family loves these cakes.
