This pan makes a wonderfully designed cake and the surface easily releases cakes even if they're piping hot. All you need is a little confectioner's sugar dusted on the top and you are set. The size is great too, it makes for a cake that can feed up to 12 depending upon cake slice sizes.

I purchased this pan last week, and baked an orange-cranberry poppyseed butter cake yesterday. The results were perfect. A dusting of the finished and cooled cake with powdered sugar accentuates the angles of the design and creates a masterpiece that you'll want to take a picture of before slicing. I recommend all of Kaiser's products. They're heavy duty and well made, most of them in Germany.
