Melodious Songs,
By "KB" Kamla Srinivasan (SF Bay Area and India) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Kal Ho Naa Ho (Audio CD)
The sound track of "Kal Ho Naa Ho" is a melodious one, and if you pay attention to the lyrics you realize how fleeting life is, and how important it is grab happiness with both your hands. The title song is a poignant and makes you pause and think. The one titled "Pretty Woman" is probabaly the most heard track in this album since it is based on Roy Orbison's all time famous song by the same title. The blending of Pretty Womand with Hindi music turned out to be a pretty nice product.Overall all the songs are nice and you can definitely listen to them more than once.

Some of the best music I've ever heard,
By A Customer
This review is from: Kal Ho Naa Ho (Audio CD)
I saw the movie while touring in India and though I couldn't understand most of what they said, I was still really moved, especially because of the georgous soundtrack, so I grabbed a copy the day before I left from Deli. It's so true that you don't need to know the words to be touched deeply by the music. There's a good mixture of energetic dance music as well as sentimental tunes. It's a short CD...less than an hour, I think. But I've listened to it many times and it always is fresh and inspiring. I've shared this CD with some of my friends, none of whom pay attention to Bollywood, and they all raved about it. Even if you never listen to Bollywood, GET THIS CD!!!!!!! ;)

Kal Ho Naa Ho [Soundtrack],
By A Customer
This review is from: Kal Ho Naa Ho (Audio CD)
I have fallen in love with the soundtrack of Kal Ho Naa Ho, one of Yash Raj's exceptional films (again). If you watch the film before you purchase the soundtrack, you'll understand why the music is soooo beautiful. Also, I am not Indian and I am still in love with the music. You DON'T need to understand the language to love the music. I love this soundtrack and I HIGHLY recommend you to buy this...
