I first saw this group play at a jazz lounge in NYC in 2006. ONe of the best performances I've seen. They sounded great. So I decided to buy their CD at the front door. The best $10 I ever spent. I listen to this CD once in a blue and always want more. I highly, highly recommend it. I'm hoping to see these guys play live again one day. I was going to give it a 4 star rating, but im listening to it now, and thinking how awesome it is. So its a 5!

Kaléta is an outstanding blend of Zairois, pop, jazz, rock, and traditional Beninese music. It's great for dancing or just sitting back and dreaming that you're in West Africa. Kaléta will broaden your musical horizons. Overall c'est fantastique!

This is an AMAZING blend of African rhythms, very happy, melodic and upbeat music! You will LOVE it! This is so different than anything I've heard-- It's addictive! This artist is incredibly versatile and talented--I'm really looking forward to the next Kaleta release!!!

This is one of the best I have seen in a long time. This artist has raw talents and I see him going places. The language, culture and blend is what makes it a unique piece of work. Keep up the good work Kaleta!!!

The CD arrived wrapped in plastic. However, there was nothing at all on the CD. It was blank. We tried it on 3 different CD players which work. There was no sound.

We decided not to send it back, just to forget it. But it's good to have a chance to let you know.
