I have bone on bone arthritis in my knee. The negative heel seems to take a bit of the pressure off my knee. I have very wide feet and I had to add some velcro so the straps would fit. Not a bad fit considering I could not try them on.

I hadn't worn negative heel shoes since the 70's and was hesitant but ordered anyway. I love them! I live in the high desert in California where the soil can be described in one word - concrete. I'm on my feet and running around daily and these shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn in this environment.I have 2 pair now and I'm going to by another pair for next year. They run small, so make sure to order the next size up.

Sandals arrived quickly and are wonderful. They are comfortable and were a great price. I only wish they came in 5 or 6 colors. Great sale - would buy again.
