About the Author

Madelyn Carol Dervos (Fajardo) became interested in "The Kama Sutra" when she began working at The Kama Sutra Company in 1972. Over her 32 year career, it was her desire to preserve the history of The Kama Sutra and pass along the wisdom of the people of a different time. She wanted to exemplify the age-old similarities of all people. During her many travels to India, Madelyn collected original art work and writings which came to make up her timeless edition of The Kama Sutra.

This is probably the most authentic book on the Kama Sutra available. The illustrations are incredible examples of Indian art.

While this book is a fine example of midle east art it is not very well documented. But the beautifull drawings, poems and fictional texts transport us to a magical dream. :)
