Pros: Impressive (you'll get a couple "wow" or "cool"), Remote Finder, works well if you can get it working, Learn Feature, Macro Feature, able to download new codes.
Cons:
Like Most Universal remotes it doesn't have proper codes for every device, and it has the learn function (point an old remote at it and it can learn a new command) it doesn't always work (Depending on the remote).
The Face Changing per device is cool but it doesn't always have the buttons you need.
However you can work around it.
First call their tech support, if you have a newer device they can Upgrade your remote over the phone (download an mp3 or hold your LAND line phone next to it and it hears beeps and downloads a new code, like i said very cool)
But you'll still find some things not able to learn.

Example Problems and solutions:
My cable box code didn't come w/ the replay button and it couldn't learn it, i found out [Page -] is also the rewind button, i used a feature on the remote to 'copy' it to the rewind button.
There is no [Day -] or [Day +] buttons. However i found out when viewing the grid on my cable box, Play and Stop do the same function.
My Audio Receiver has different inputs and the remote had no buttons for it. But Since i didn't need the 4 arrows for my audio receiver, i just had each directional arrow learn a different input. (IE Up is TV, Left is PS3, right is Record Player, Down is Aux input)

So if you're lucky you can get this working. The Battery life is short, but turn off the tilt Sensor (lights up under ANY movement, its too sensitive) and it doubles your battery. (Just press anywhere on the face instead to light it up and view buttons) The remote wont stay on when using it when the batteries start going by the way.

This remote simply uses lighted buttons under a semi-opaque overlay and displays whatever functions are available for the selected device. I found that this really wasn't useful at all. In fact, the lack of tactile feedback from the smooth "screen" made the remote hard to use. I quickly retired it for my old remotes that I can find the buttons on without looking.
That said, it wasn't nearing as hard to program as the other reviews made it out to be, although I wouldn't suggest this for someone who isn't at least slightly tech-savvy.

I bought this remote from a local retailer three years ago. It works just as well today as it did when I bought it. If you're technically minded you'll love this remote. If you have a difficult time with electronics, you'll become easilly frustrated with it. Programing the remote with all its features will be very difficult. It took me about half an hour to program it to work all of my devices. Once it was completely programmed, I was able to put all my other remotes in a box and never use them again. This is an excellet products that has been working reliably well for three years. When it comes to batteries - if the remote is set to illuminate upon sensing motion, it will go through batteries like crazy. If the remote is set to illuminate when the screen is touched - the batteries will last much longer, over the last year I've only changed the batteries once... MAYBE twice.

well, I bought one of these and right now I'm havin a ton of trouble with it,,when I hit "cable" the screen goes blank,,it won't learn commands,and it won't go to full brightness when I hit cirtan devices,,it also doesn't have a code for my LG dvd player and it won't accept any commands from the original remote,,,I have an older CEMILION and it was much better but I decided to upgrade? the problem is I love the sleekness and design of the newer one
I'LL send this one back and try again,,(good thing is I didn,t get rid of my old one yet),,RADIO SHACK,,,,,STOP SENDIN EVERYTHING OVERSEAS!!!!!!

Bought this remote several years ago and have been using without any issues. Looks cool too.

Need to turn off the motion sensor to conserve batteries.
Not sure how I did it, but try this:
In the setup menu, how to get there is in the directions, press the "other" button then using the number keys type this 9-8-5. The remote should blink twice, press the home button and you're done.

This remote is ok but if you have a Sony BDP-S350 Blu Ray DVD player then this remote will not work with it. There are only 2 remote codes [0533 & 0864] for Sony DVD players and neither one of them work with the Sony BDP-S350. I also tried getting the remote to learn the code but to no avail. So, if you have a Sony BDP-S350 Blu Ray DVD player then think about getting a different remote. Other than that I haven't had any other problems getting this remote to work with all my other components.

Eats batteries like a fiend. Never could get it to work properly with all my devices. Junk!
