This review is from: Kane and Abel; The Prodigal Daughter; Not a Penny more, Not a Penny Less (Hardcover)
Jeffrey Archcer is a master story teller and this one is another example of a fun and worthwhile read.

From the first page on the reader is hooked with the developing story and all the various characters who play in and out of an amazing tale. Common sense dictates Kane & Abel are going to intersect and once they do the resulting fireworks will be amazing.

I've read numerous Jeffrey Archer books and this is another that certainly does not disappoint. The sequel, "Prodigal Daughter," continues the story but it's the first book that captures the essence of the message and conveys the real focus of this absorbing and most interesting tale.

If you are looking for a "summer read" to enchant your imagination try reading this without the temptation to want to read it ALL in a single sitting. I hated putting it down and even if a few days lapsed between reading it was impossible not to remember where I was and what was happening because the plots burrowed too deeply to forget.

Fabulous entertainment.
