An iconic kangol classic, with the vent air pattern around the outer edge, the 504 vent air cap has remained fresh since it was introduced in the early '80's. The 504 cap gets its name from the number assigned to the original block shape on which it was made. Tropic yarn is kangol' s traditional polyester blend, and is a warm weather yarn that has been a staple in the collection since the 1970's.
The Tropic 504 is the iconic, original Kangol Cap. First introduced in 1954, the 504 cap get its name from the number assigned to the block shape that it is made on. The seamless, knitted and blocked construction is purely a Kangol innovation, and Tropic is the fundamental summer weight material upon which Kangol has built its name.

to be said for a cap with a big bill on it in the blazing sun of Texas. I wear baseball caps, too, but sometimes you
wish you had a cool version of your winter Kangol. Enter this item, the (relatively) cool Kangol Tropic Ventair cap. It does offer
some protection for the eyes against the bright sunlight, and, true to its name, Ventair, it does vent away some of the
heat. You may recall that Davy Crockett said that, if he lost an election in Tennessee, the voters "may go to hell, and I
will go to Texas." Perhaps Texas is cooler in summer than the other choice, but he probably would have been delighted
to trade in his trademark coonskin cap for the Tropic Ventair Kangol, had it existed then.
This year I find some colors available in an XXL, and I ordered the Charcoal, which color is exactly what you'd expect. It's a terrific fit, just perfect. These hats are lightweight, well made, extremely well-ventilated, ideal for summer wear.
However, they are not soft and, of course, not lined. As a very bald person, I found it took awhile for the roughness of the fabric to wear off and not be a bit irritating to the scalp. Now I'll have to go through that again with the new one.
Worth it, though.

Fit isok, but the item itself looks and feels cheap. Can get much better quality hats for cheaper on here.Published 1 day ago by Amazon Customer
Great hat for a good natured, super suave, borderline genius.Published 7 days ago by Amazon Customer
This is a very comfortable hat, but make sure you look at the comments about sizing. I normally wear a 7 5/8, and the XL feels to big. I'm sure that the L would have been fine.Published 9 days ago by John Goodrich
