We used this in a busy office and make maybe 20 copies a week. Last week the DVD-ROM drive stopped working, they told us it was becuase we were using memorex disks. We redid everything on Sony and it still would not work, we called back and they said it was out of warranty and repair would be about $100. Not horrible repair costs but thet's just an estimate and it could be more. It should have lasted more than a year in my opinion.
