My mom is a KU fanatic, so I ordered this to top off her Xmas. I was pretty excited to get it, but found that the product box had been ripped pretty badly. It wasn't handled gently at all! A bit of a disappointment, as she usually values packaging as much as the item (she has a lot of collector's items). I guess at least the snowglobe wasn't broken and it's still cute.
