It adjusts perfectly!

Within a few weeks, however, one side of the mechanism failed then broke completely apart.

This footrest is excellent, especially for shorter folks (like me -- 5'2") whose desk chair has to be so high that their legs dangle if they want to be able to type comfortably. Made mostly of sturdy plastic, it feels solid. The footrest rocks back and forth, which I thoroughly enjoy because I tend to fidget a lot. The massaging rollers in the middle feel great. For me, the most telling thing about this footrest is that in the few days I've been using it, I've not once had the urge to sit cross-legged in my chair (which makes my knees ache, so that's a good thing).

I appreciate both the adjust-ability of this footrest...and especially the rollers in the middle of it! I use them several times a day as I work in my stocking feet (from home!)and love to roll my feet over them.

I was very happy with this footrest - the rollers for massage, the adjustability both height-wise and angle-wise, perfect for me. Within a few weeks, however, one side of the mechanism failed then broke completely apart. The following week the other side snapped and upon examination it was plain that the plastic is inferior, very hard and brittle and unable to sustain normal use. I am not a large person at all, and never used it for anything besides a footrest with my office chair.
Definitely cannot recommend.

I like that it has adjustable heights and the rollers are soothing, but putting more than a little weight on it (like if I want to actually rest my legs), causes the risers to pop out of place. No idea why they aren't just secured there in the first place. I might superglue it together.

I'm happy with this foot rest overall but not thrilled. The rollers are great (probably the best part) but to adjust it I usually have to climb under my desk and I feel like the height is never quite right . . . just a bit too high. Also, after having it for a while, I notice the rollers make this horrible squeaking noise.

I purchased this for under my desk at work. I love that it is textured and has the rollers. When my feet hurt this helps to relieve some of the pain. However, the lift bar for the adjustable portion doesn't work very well. You pretty much need to set it and forget it. And if I happen to accidentally bump the lift bar, I pretty much have to take the whole thing out from under my desk to reposition the height. All in all, it is a decent product. I would probably purchase something different if I had to do it over, but for what I paid, it's a fine product.

I am a 5'2" woman with herniated disks so a foot rest is essential for me. After my professional quality foot rest broke, I decided to purchase this. It is made of plastic but it is very sturdy. The roller in the middle took a bit of getting used to for me, but now I love it if I am at my computer with my shoes off. It gives a nice foot massage. The height adjustment is pretty difficult for me to change when it is on the floor. Also, the rubber wheels pop off sometimes (but are easy to pop right back on) which is the reason for the one star taken off.

It's to narrow and is hard to adjust. I got it to help with ergonomics in my office because I have a very bad low back and just had surgery on my neck so am limited in movement. If I try and move it with my feet it will raise up and lock in place and I have to get on the floor or pick it up to get it to adjust back down because the step that is supposed to be for that purpose does not work for that purpose.
