5.0 out of 5 stars So far so good....
So far this product seems great... lots of things covered and the explinations are simple and to the point... not difficult to memorize at all... there are 700 flash cards and if you split it up you can probably finish this in 2 weeks to a month... depending on how much time you plan to use... Over all i think its going to be an effective product, i did pretty well on my...

3.0 out of 5 stars Decent study guide
The flash cards inside this box are numerous- covering all the topics in the three disciplines that will be tested on the MCAT. My only problem is that it tries to do too much. A good quarter of the cards cover terms I have hardly hear let alone used or needed to use.
Overall, it is a descent refresher; don't expect to learn much from this unless flash cards are your...

4.0 out of 5 stars MCAT in a box review, July 6, 2009
This review is from: Kaplan MCAT in a Box (Cards)
The cards are great for enhancing your scientific vocabulary and reviewing topics you already know. They should not, however, be used as the only method of studying. Great product! Really helpful.

4.0 out of 5 stars MCAT in a Box, January 7, 2010

The product was in awesome condition! The box isn't very heavy, so it's easy to take them with you just about anywhere and study on the go! To be honest when I ordered them I didn't really know what to expect. I've used a variety of other Kaplan study materials so I sort of just trusted that these cards would be very helpful. However, one thing that people looking at these cards should know before you buy them is that they do not have diagrams.

juut got it yesterday,,, went through gen chem index cards... then went over my notes i made from examkrackers... lets just say it felt more than redundant. i love that the cards contain as much info as i need for this exam. great for the last few weeks when you need to focus on test questions NOT on the theory.

4.0 out of 5 stars Box o' fun, August 26, 2010

This should only be used to supplement other study tools. The best way I can think of describing it is saying it's like grabbing the respective text book in biology, orgo/gen chemistry, and physics and reading through the glossary. It is a box of really flimsy paper and a whole lot of basic terms/definitions you may or may not have forgotten.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for travel!, August 13, 2011

These study cards are great for reviewing while on the go. I ordered them for my boyfriend for out anniversary and he had gotten so much use out of them! We have taken them with us on flights and in the car. He drives and I ask questions. I really like them because it makes me feel like I can finally help him study! This is NOT the only method he has used for MCAT studying however, these are only a good way to help supplement his learning.

4.0 out of 5 stars MCAT cards, November 17, 2011

The cards are great they have tons of info, but are really small. If you're the type of person that needs the big cards with the ring attached then you won't like these.

4.0 out of 5 stars Portable MCAT Prep, June 14, 2010

This review is from: Kaplan MCAT in a Box (Cards)
I like this product because it's not so bulky, and a great way to travel and prep for the MCAT. A great review of facts but no substitution for real practice with problems.
