I think this is a most useful resource for studying for those questions on the USMLE that don't have a clear answer. The format is very easy to digest and has great retention rate. You can clasify those flashcards you already know so that you only review those you need to. I sure would like a "treatments" version of the flashcards.
Buy them and memorize everyone of them.

I have all three sets of the cards. I think they are outstanding tool for the review. They have just the right amount of info, are super easy to use even on the go. You can just take a certain part of them and review for example on the train, bus while commuting. They are organized by disciplines so I used them after each reading from the book. I liked them a lot and they helped me a lot thanks to their question and answer format.

When I attended the the Kaplan Live Lectures in NYC Dr Fischer kept plugging his own books and flashcards before class and during the breaks. I would be a little shy to do something like that but I became a believer after a friend gave me the diagnostic cards for "Infectious diseases" for the night. I handed them back 20 minutes later and I had done each of them TWICE!

I ordered my own. To avoid using the cards during my regular study time I would only use them while I was on the subway. I spend 2 hours on the Q train per day, so I finished the cards in 2 weeks. This is no exaggeration but I felt the scales fall off my eyes because not only did I have the big picture, I had the little details as well.

One thing that really takes away something from Conrad Fischer's works is the the typos. Their number just boggles the mind.

I bought the Pharmacology and treatment cards too. Those are a little tougher, and bit discouraging at times but worth every penny.

Why the 5 stars? The cards did what they are supposed to.

I am not a flash card person-- but I like these. They cover so much in this little box. You can study anywhere. Definitely learn some stuff also.
I am studying for Step 3 with these.

I recieved it on time and I like it. It was in excellent condition as mentioned.

This is a wonderful tool for scoring good on step 2 ck,
The flash cards are really very nice and the content is extraordinary.
I know Conrad and he is a genious in Medicine and all the content in the flashcards is very important for step2 and 3.
Advantage: Good content and short term revision.must know facts.
Disadvantage: Quality of paper is very low it looks like flashpapers and not flashcards.

For someone that is really in a hurry those cards are good. However, I would recommend to save the money and buy an on-line Q-bank.

these cards are no use for step2 exam i donot know about step3 the problem is these cards are not made with exam in mind what is the use of just narrating all the tests we need the info about where these test are gold standard etc etc.i just bought their most likely diagnosis cards hope they are good.

it took a while for the cards to get to me. i guess it was the fault of the post office because it was shipped on time. but other than that, excellent service
