Great Review
The book contains a lot of questions and thorough explanations for each question - this makes it a really good review book. Explanations are high yield and allow you to review quite a bit of info. Get it if you don't want to pay $200 or whatever for Qbank.

good, but money better invested in online prep
I can not recommend investing in the QBook, as I still found it necessary to buy the online QBank in order to prepare adequately. Although the questions are not bad to review, they don't seem too similar to the real USMLE questions.

Honestly, didn't get through the whole book, but the questions are similar to actual board questions and has good explanations. Kind of big to lug around to study with, but good for home cramming.

nice review but not likely to appear in the usmle exam, questions are different, better usmle world
