I bought this game for my daughter for christmas, she loves the game. She loves to customize the characters, and sing. What amazes me is that the company spent so much time with the customization of character and venue, but forgot the music part. I bought the game for the wii, I was told that you could download new music, but i just found out the wii version does not have that option. It cost more, but doesn't have that option. Surprise Surprise.. It's only been a few days and my daughter already wants new songs to sing to, and I just found out I spent 50 dollars for a game that i can't add new music too. If i had known that I wouldn't have bought it. In a couple weeks that game will end up collecting dust, because everyone is tired of the same song over and over again. I'd like to know if the company is going to make a patch to fix this problem...

Good mix of songs, great customization for your avatar and stages. I am not sure why people are complaining about the song list and it's the real songs not covers of the songs. Everything from Coldplay, Pink, Lady Gaga, Pat Benetar, REM, Rhianna, David Bowie, Talking Heads, Katy Perry, The Killers, The Fray, Flock of Seagulls, Kings of Leon, Tears for Fears etc. Very fun mix (I am an 80's child) but like the newer stuff as well. Probably my favorite of the 3 Karaoke revolution games for Wii!

I asked "Santa" for this for Christmas. I'm sorry to say I'm very disappointed. I receive this version for the Wii game. For the price for this product I'm shocked that song selection is sad. ON the Wii version of this, there is no way to upload new songs, which means there is no way to improve the song choices...EVER! The graphics are cool, venues and clothes choices and fun and entertaining, but I would have been happier with more song choices and a crappier Mii. I'm thinking about looking for another Karaoke program to console myself.

The game is fun enough but will get board quickly as there arent any secret songs that get onlocked. The more points you get the more venue's you on lock. Who really care's about the venue's? So there isnt much motivation to keep going in the game as you dont get anything really for moving forward.

It wouldnt be so bad but the original song selection isnt the best. Not very many classic songs that everyone would know.

I was also disappointed to find out with the Wii version you cant purchase any more songs to download so we are stuck with the 50 songs it comes with.

I's also like to mention that the song selection isnt family friendly. Some of the songs have swearign and are crude. If your getting this for your younger children you might want to get a different one. One of the songs titled "Smile" actually uses the "F" word.

All in all pretty disappointed :(

Unless you are a teenage girl, this Wii "Karaoke Revolution" product is probably not for you. We purchased, thinking we could go online and download songs WE like, for a fee. No! They choose the 50 songs, and that's it. (On the other hand, it could be that as 28-year-olds, we are just too far down the road for Wii.)

I bought this game for a 14 year old girl, and she loves it. It has great fun songs and works wonderful!! If you are looking for certain song lists the game has them listed right on the package, so there is no guessing. I am not a fan of singing in front of others but I even enjoy playing this game!!

I was a bit nervous about this game when I read some of the reviews, but I really enjoy it. There is a funny mix of sightly campy pop songs of today (Pink, Katy Perry, Lilly Allen) and slightly cheesy songs from the 70s and 80s (David Bowie, Modern English, Pat Benatar). My only major complaint was that are no songs to unlock. Still, it is fun and addicting.

I am 21 years old and I ADORE this wii game. It was the perfect thing to bring to the party I went to on New Years eve. Everyone sang their hearts out, even if they were tone-deaf. I had played this game before so I knew their were only 50 songs and I was just fine with not being to add songs by means of internet (Some other reviews said they were disappointed the game didn't have a song add on feature. I had been looking for months for the game, online, in the stores....so whe I actually found one for a decend price I swooped it up, and I am very pleased. Anyone that is outgoing enough to sing in front of others...or I suppose alone by yourself in your room (I have done it once)...this is your wii game!

I enjoyed playing Karaoke Revolution. I purchased this game because I wanted an interactive game to play with friends and family without having to get the entire "Band" type games as I knew that older family members would not play the various instruments. Everyone enjoyed it and I would recommend it to people who are not interested in buying "Band" games. There was a real variety in the types of music from 70's - current. Great for all ages.

It's a fun game, but wish there was more songs of the same genre. The words can be a little difficult to read at times too. Overall a good game.
