There are many things you could say about buying a set of 66 Karaoke discs, both good and bad, so let me just break it down to the pros and cons:

Pros:

1. An incredibly varied range of songs from 2009 back to 1930. Seriously. No Greensleeves and no Beiber, but you can buy more later.
2. The discs are well labeled and several people online, and on Amazon have created a complete song list.
3. There are some very good versions of many favourites that you'll definitely appreciate. The musicianship is quality, probably 80 percent is fantastic, 10 percent is great quality, 5 percent is so-so, and the last 5 percent just forgettable.
4. The disks are broken up in different categories and artists, like Pop Hits, Male Country, Female Country, Hard rock, etc.
5. This is really a huge set and singing all these songs will keep you busy for eternity.

Cons:

1. The songs are not listed by title and band, so many of these songs you may not know unless you play them and connect them to the band that recorded it.
2. There is no songbook or box that comes with this. A few vendors actually sell this with both, for more, but not everyone does.
3. There's too many discs labeled 'Pop', 'Rock' or 'Standards', maybe some better organization could improve this.
4. Some of the instrumentation of these songs are just awful. Someone with a midi piano and a drum kit decided to cover a song, but you'll probably only come across five percent like this. It's an acceptable margin for filler at the price. Check out 'Against All Odds' on Disc 45. Ouch.
5. Wish there was a Beatles disc rather than a Cher or Alice Cooper disc, lol.

Honestly, the cons don't really have much weight because the price for this set is ridiculously good. Regarding the quality, if you've ever bought any of the Billboard Compilations, you'll know how bad those are, so instrumentation quality is always hit or miss. There's a lot of hit here and very little miss but you may just land on your favourite song and cringe. You never know.

I've bought some of the best Karaoke from online services but paid big money, these are good to have and a Small Printed book would be a godsend as would a case -- but hey, you can make your own. Seriously.

Also, I have to say that some of these Karaoke Vendors are actually some of the best vendors I've experienced in total on this site. I've been buying from Amazon for almost 15 years and I rarely buy from second party vendors -- but all of these guys are good at what they do and very professional. Not a single problem. Thumbs up, sellers.

Highly recommended.

This is a great party pack to get you started on your way to having a lot of karoake fun at home
or out at the clubs. I have really enjoyed the swing cdg, and the standards are a big hit too.
The price was fantastic, less than a dollar per cdg! I copied the titles and put them in a notebook for
easy viewing, with this many cdg's this is the way to go. Have fun, I know I am!
