An interesting and thought provoking book,

Although I didn't necessarily find myself agreeing with every philosophical point that the author made this book was very interesting. It is entirely unique in it's examination of karate and Zen Buddhism. I've been a karateka (and Buddhist) for over twenty years myself and I found plenty of food for thought in Mr. Aigla's comparison of the karate and Zen. |
