This is the most concise and comprehensive description and explaination of modern karate rules to date (WUKO rules). The book covers aspects of karate evolution, types of competition, different events and an in depth run down on rules, signals and terminology. The book is brought to life by clear and useful illustrations and photographs. This book is not only a useful reference for competitors, judges, referees and spectators but is also covers more traditional facets of karate-do such as etiquette and convention. 'Karate Rules' is as brilliant as past titles by the author.
