The benefit of the SoapPac is that they are very easy to use - you just drop them into a bucket of water and gently agitate prior to using. The SoapPac lathers well and has a pleasing but-not-to-strong scent. I will also second the recommendation that for best results it is best if the soap has time sit and work. This is not difficult on cloudy days, but it will be much more difficult on a warm sunny day.

I did take one star off due to the cost - these Pacs are more costly than I expected. However, they do a fine job and are simple to use -

The soap is weak and ineffective. When you add the cost, I cannot recommend this product at all. Do yourself a favor and buy generic soap

I didn't find the Exterior House Cleaner SoapPac to be particularly useful. Seems most of the cleaning resulted from the water pressure. This is based on one cleaning experience.

This product did an excellent job. We are "winter Texans" so our mobile home had not been pressure washed for a full year so was very dirty. This soap did the trick. The secret is to use it in the shade or on a cloudy day and give it time to work.

Received product very quickly. I've only used it once, but must say it's performance was nothing remarkable. I want to try a different product for comparison.

This soap does work in my new pressure washer; however, to be effective, I had to double the dose otherwise the pressure washing is as good without the soap as with it. Save your money. Purchase a big jug of the liquid stuff -- much better value.

Spray it on, wait 5 minutes for the mold to die and turn black, spray it off. Cool. No scrubbing!

Pressure washer cleaned up my deck very well. Nice, lightweight unit that is easy to move around. My old unit that broke had wheels and tall handle that broke. Sufficient pressure and volume to the jobI needed. Easy to see that reservoir for cleaner has some left or is empty.
