This was a very enjoyable buying experence and would not hesatate another purchase from amazon or from the supplier! Item was sent out next day, I was sent a tracking number and item was delivered in to my door as promised in new condition. I had some minor assembly as expected and it started on the first pull! I have used it to wash the cars, clean sidewalks, driveway, deck, grill and this summer I plan to wash the siding of our house.
I have looked at a lot of washers, but this one offers many features such as the Honda engine, Wand holder, 3000 psi, hose holder and folding handle for storage and tranportation.

I've owned and used other washers of various brands and power levels. This is the ultimate. It has amazing power and the Honda engine cannot be beat. The five quick-connect spray heads allow you to wash a baby's bottom all the way up to etching your name in concrete.

One hint: You need to have water connected and turned on before starting the engine. The water cools the pump; you'll ruin the pump if you run the engine without activating your water supply first. It is EXTREMELY difficult to pull the starting rope (due to built-up pressure from the water source) unless you pull the trigger on the spray wand while pulling the recoil starter. That takes the strain off the engine and it starts easily.

The unit was marked as refurbished but it looks to be brand new. Not a mark on it. It works great. Very powerful. Long hose. Handle folds down for storage or transporting. I would purchase it again.
