Actually, just the portion I have done so far. I've got a big deck, and I was able to clean at about 50 square feet per hour (including railings). I needed to have nozzle about three inches from area being cleaned to have spray at right power to get mildew out. (I don't know what it should usually take). One annoying thing-the water inlet piece (the part that attaches to the house's water hose) popped off every time I moved the unit (5 times), requiring me to interrupt my work several times to shut off the water and snap the piece back into place.

I used it only about 5 times and the gun started spraying water out internally. I called for warranty part replacement and was told to call back by a recording due to high call volume....I suspect because all their pressure washers have similar problems. I did see another person here with the same problem. After three calls I finally got on a 15 minute wait cue to talk to a representative at Karcher. This is my third model Karcher pressure washer I bought and it is a similar story. I think they would do better by spending $10 more on better parts. I took my gun apart and found a small white valve with 3 O-Rings. One O-Ring had a bushing next to it and the bushing was a cheap plastic small thing that cracked under the 1600psi pressure and the O-Ring was pushing against it causing water to leak around the O-Ring that had no bushing behind it. They are sending me a new gun but it will be out of warranty soon..then what?..will I have to pay for the next one? I wish Karcher would spend a little more time in R&D making critical parts better so they don't fall apart after five uses in less than a year. It's a great idea for a machine and does a good job when it works, but if they would have just used a brass milled valve with the three O-Rings instead of plastic it would probably last for more than a year.

My wife was not impressed when I walked into the house with my new pressure washer. I cleaned the old wooden fence by the pool, looks brand new. I cleaned the cement deck next to the pool, looks brand new. I cleaned the plastic poolside furniture, looks brand new. I cleaned the side of the house, looks brand new. I removed paint from the side of the garage, it'll look brand new when I repaint it.

My wife now thinks this was a great investment for two reasons. 1) The darn thing really works. 2) It's so much fun it gets me off my butt and makes me productive. Love it.

I was looking for a pressure washer primarily for cleaning my car and the driveway. I thought i'd get an electric one due to the price, weight and noise factor.
I purchased K360MPlus after doing some amount of research and reading everyone's review. After making the purchase my brother brought home one of those "no name" electric washers; he said it was a very expensive garden hose nozzle. I was worried because i thought that i had made a bad purchase.
When it finally arrived i was happy to find that there were no broken parts and the unit was indeed brand new. I had no problem assembling the handle and the different accessories.
The main problems however are that the plastic trolley and the handle on the trigger gun where the H/P hose is attached are very frail. However all the part are in tact so far
And the best part is the power; the power is awesome once this thing gets running up to speed. Follow the operating instructions and you won't have much problems. It really rips through dirt and grease, and the rotating nozzel is even more powerful (not recommended for autos by manufacturer). This is really a good product to use around the home!!

I received the product today and went right to work. First a little background info: a month ago I borrowed a gas powered pressure washer to clean my deck and thought it did a great job, although it took about 20 minutes and several blisters to start. I thought it did a great job until I used the Karcher 360MPlus...this made my deck look GREAT! It was able to peel away years of buildup that the gas powered model could not.

First, having on demand power is the BEST; just plug it in and go...no pulling on a starter hoping for the best.

Second, my deck is about 15 years old and has never been truly cleaned. The Karcher 360MPlus ate through 15 years of grime, dirt and made the deck look at most 2-3 years old. Believe me, you will be satisfied with the results.

Tommorow, I plan to use the siphon feature to clean our vehicles. Save your quarters at the local car wash, this has the attachments to achieve better results.

Everything can store on board and it is easy to wheel around, this baby weighs 30+ pounds...excellent German engineering here!

1600 PSI is indeed powerful enough to clean up for the weekend warriors.

This one's hard to rate. It does everything it claims, and everyone involved has been great, but...

I bought it back in April. Upon assembling it, I saw that a piece was missing. I emailed Amazon's customer service, and I got a prompt reply saying that they were having Karcher ship the part. A few days later, I got the part, but it was the wrong one. Amazon put me in touch with Karcher directly, we determined that there were two versions of the part and they sent me the right one.

It worked like a champ for 3 months. I cleaned my deck, my patio, my walk, my fence. My brothers borrowed it; their neighbors borrowed it. Everyone loved it.

About 3 weeks ago, I hooked it up, turned it on, and water started leaking from the center of the handle. I took it apart and found that one of the gaskets inside had blown (in the trigger itself, not at the hose attachment). I emailed Karcher, explaining the problem, and within 12 hours I got a reply apologizing for the problem, telling me it was still under warranty, and letting me know they were sending a new trigger and hose that day. The new parts showed up later that week, and it's all worked great since.

So, great performance, some disquieting QA/QC issues, and some really great customer support.

When the pressure washer was delivered the box looked like it had been opened previously and resealed. When I opened the box I found it to have been haphazardly packed, again raising concern that it was a prior return. When unpacking the parts I observed that the main component had all kinds of scuffs on it, and the black plastic handle was broken in one place and cracked in another. I assembled the machine, working around the broken handle. When testing the machine the motor just squealed and pumped water at the same pressure as the garden hose it was connected to. I had to dissassemble the whole thing and return it -- which is quite an inconvenience given the weight and number of pieces.

I assumed that the unit I got was a fluke and asked for a replacement product, which I rec'd about 1 week after shipping back the first. My experience with the second shipment was the same as the first. Box was all beaten when it arrived, had clearly been opened before it got to me, and after opening the box I again found that the black plastic handle was broken -- this time to the point that there was no way to even try to assemble the unit.

The build quality and/or shipment quality on this product is very poor. Thus far Amazon has been responsive and easy to work with. They coordinated the exchange with no problem on the first product and I've just started the return process on the second defective unit. Of course there will not be a third try.

I read all the reviews on this pressure washer before buying. I almost decided not to buy because of all the negitive customer reviews. I did buy however and was pleasantly suprised. The shipping packaging was very good with the nylon straps. The assembly instructions were pretty good, I had to think a while on a couple of the instructions to understand. After it was assembled I tried it on my pickup using Wal-Mart washing solution. I was really amazed, the truck looked alot better than it usually does when I hand wash it. Next I washed my wifes truck, the results were good but not as good as on my truck. This may be due to the fact my truck is white and my wife,s is burgendy. I was very satisfied with the truck washing results. Next I tried the washer on some old wooden patio furniture that had been in the Phoenix AZ. sun for many years without any repainting. The paint was flaking badly and I was not looking forward to sanding the lose paint before repainting. I used the rotating high pressure nozle and it worked great. I had to be careful not get to close to the wood because the nozle has enough force to damage the wood. I hope this review will offset some of the negative reviews that almost deterred me from buying this washer.

When it's new and before the plastic parts starting breaking apart, it gets the job done admirably. Follow the directions to the letter, treat it very gently and it just may last you a while. The problem with this unit is that it is just so cheaply built it's ridiculous. It could also be that it's powerful for it's own good, because the trigger valve is often the first thing to go. According to a long-time repairman in the power washer business, this is often referred to as a "throw away" unit.

Used this on a deck that hadn't been washed in years. Worked like a champ. Also took the green algae off bricks and siding. And, at a lower pressure, did a great job of washing the car, saving water because of the built in trigger feature. We're very pleased with it.
