I have the world's smallest closets, and with all those plastic hangers taking up so much space, I could never get anything in or out of my closet without having to perform acrobatics. I saw these hangers advertised on TV and decided what the heck. What the heck indeed. They are slim and take up about 1/2 the space of the hangers that you get free with a Macy's purchase - and about 1/4 of the space of those large plastic hangers that come in a rainbow of colors. They are lined with velvet which prevents clothes (even silk) from slipping (and eliminates the need for those annoying straps sewn into clothing). I was amazed how much more room I have in my closet now - I just need to get more hangers so I can get more clothes!

My only caveat is that I wish this set contained just the suit hangers; instead you get a dozen suit hangers and a dozen shirt hangers. The suit hangers seem more durable - I stepped on one of the shirt hangers and it broke. They also come in an assortment of colors including black, brown, navy, off-white, sage green, and pink.

I ended up buying this product because I felt that the price was right. However, a word of caution, the quality of the product is far from superior. I broke 2 hangers just pulling off a shirt. If you are amazingly careful with your hangers, I'm sure these will last a long time, but if you are a guy who is a bit rough with them, this is not likely to be a long term solution.

Am very pleased with this type of hanger-uses less closet space and the garment stays on the hanger!

Not much you can say about hangars .. item received and the hangars work great. Like the fabric material and the straps indention. Much better than normal wire hangars.
