Great dance-splashed workout!,

I love this video! It did take me a few times through the video to get all the moves down (and I am NOT a dancer) but who wants a dance video that is so easy you can learn the moves first time through? Kari breaks the moves down into small parts that are manageable and you really feel accomplished when your done. And don't be confused...this is definitely an exercise video that mixes traditional floor aerobics with fun-dancy moves. If you really want to sweat, I would recommend this video whole-heartedly! Compared to other "dance" exercise videos, this one is tops! Take the time to learn the steps, you won't be disappointed!!

Makes you feel like dancing!,

This workout is so much fun. The choregraphy does take multiple attempts to master, but that's what keeps you interested. Don't get discouraged, do your best, hit rewind until you get it, and have a blast! I know I probably look like a fool, but I feel like a dancer!

Decent workout,

I thoroughly enjoy doing this workout. I tripped over my feet the first few times I did it but, once I learned the moves, it was well worth it. It's a fun routine. You will break a good sweat and firm up with the toning exercises.

title is misleading cause it's not dancy,

even though the dancers are all nice looking. I feel it's such a waste of talents to have all professional ballet dancers & all they do is typical aerobic steps like leg lifts & grapevine. the music is horrible, unmemorable. plus the beat (tempo) never changes. if she had used different tempos then vary between fast & smaller steps and slower but bigger range of movements, it could be more interesting. Kari also giggles too much. that becomes irritating. this is a big disappointment for me. (i'm a dancer) as this is no different from any other aerobic videos, the only thing that can claim any relevance to "dance" is the title.

A Big Disappointment,

This video was disappointing as it was very fast with little explanation of difficult moves. I have taken a lot of dance classes and found it frustrating to keep up with even after several viewings. Many of the moves are accomplished while turning repeatedly. The instructor is irritating at best as she giggles throughout and gives no information on proper alignment. The background dancers are bored.
