Ms Hucknall expertly guides one through her unique process of setting up, choosing and arriving at the vocation one craves to enact in life. She allows that this process may take quite some time but affirms that even at an advanced age one may benefit from 'finding your work' and that doing it leads to 'loving your life'. Through performing a series of inner exercises and visualisations, one arrives at a conviction of the mission (or 'sacred contract') one is meant to perform. The gentle, easy instructions are non-manipulative, yet often require fairly close concentration and commitment for successful accomplishment. The emphasis on discovering for oneself from intuition the work one is meant to do is invaluable, as who can ever know better than that 'still small voice' within one's own heart what is best for one's own fulfilment.
