I got a sample of this cereal directly from Kashi and as soon as I finished it I went looking for it on Amazon.
This is a truly satisfying cereal. One bowl takes me through much of the day feeling like I consumed something more than just another cereal.
If you have the chance to try this cereal give it a shot. I can not imagine anyone being disappointed with the experience.

I share an apartment with two other college-aged guys. Kashi is really expensive in the grocery stores nearby, so we get monthly subscribe-and-save deliveries of the following:

Kashi Heart To Heart Honey Toasted Oat Cereal, 12.4-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)
We save quite a bit of money this way, and we always have a stock available. I eat it for breakfast every morning and often for a snack as well - it really is tasty and filling, has lots of healthy protein and fiber, and doesn't leave you feeling sugar-shocked like kid's cereals overloaded with high fructose corn syrup and cane sugar. I rotate between the five cereals listed above to keep things interesting.
This is a sweeter option in the Kashi bunch, and the one most likely to appeal to a broader audience than some of Kashi's other 'rabbit food' (as my Froot Loops-munching friend calls them). It's sweet without being cloyingly so, and very very tasty besides. I typically eat it plain with unsweetened soymilk for best effect.

I bought this on sale on Amazon based on some of the good reviews and it is delicious! This is the best tasting Kashi cereal I have tried so far (and there are some that I think taste like cardboard). It is sweet without being overly sweet. I think I found my favorite Kashi cereal!

One of my favorite cereals
For those who are looking for a cereal that provides a hefty does of fiber with a great taste this is your cereal. Kashi is pretty much all I buy now for breakfast.

Like A Grown Up Version Of Cap'n Crunch With Crunch Berries
This is one of my favorite cereals. If you like berry flavored cereals with a little sweetness, get some of this. If you like boring, plain, sticks and cardboard, stay away.

Too Sweet
This cereal tastes delicious, and makes great granola bars, but it's a bit too sweet for breakfast. It's best used for snacks or baking.

Great cereal and snack!
This is great as cereal or as a dry snack. I prefer it as a dry snack or over some yogurt. The berries are great!
